Welcome to Casino Parties of Florida, LLC ("CPF"). These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and the services we provide, including event rentals and entertainment services. By accessing our website or booking an event, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Confirmation of Event
- All proposals and estimates provided by CPF are valid for seven (7) days only.
- Prices are not guaranteed until the deposit is paid.
- An event is confirmed only when the deposit is received, and the customer has signed the agreement.
2. Payments and Refund Policy
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date.
- Accepted payment methods include credit card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay, and cash.
- Payments via credit card incur a 3.8% surcharge plus processing fees.
- All payments are final, and no refunds will be issued.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of the event before setup completion.
- Customers are responsible for any legal fees incurred by CPF to collect unpaid balances.
3. Event Equipment and Staff
- The equipment provided is outlined in the proposal, including chips, cards, dice, sticks, pucks, and wheels.
- Chairs are not included but may be added for an extra fee.
- CPF reserves the right to substitute staff members due to health or personal reasons.
4. Event Setup and Breakdown
- CPF will arrange setup and breakdown times with the customer prior to the event.
- Allow up to two (2) hours for setup.
- Breakdown begins immediately or 30 minutes after dealing ends unless otherwise arranged.
5. Event Parking and Access
The customer must provide and pay for adequate parking for CPF staff and equipment at the event site.
6. Overtime
- Events extending beyond 12:00 a.m. require prior mutual agreement and are subject to availability.
- Overtime is charged in one-hour increments at $100 per staff member.
7. Event Changes and Cancellations
Changes:
- Customers must notify CPF of any event changes, including equipment, location, or time, at least 14 days prior to the event.
- Changes are subject to availability.
Date Changes:
- Rescheduling due to natural causes (e.g., weather) is subject to mutual agreement.
- If the new event date is more than 30 days from the original date, additional fees may apply.
Cancellations:
- Events canceled 14 days prior to the date may apply the deposit toward a future event within 30 days.
- Cancellations within 14 days result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- CPF is not liable for cancellations caused by unforeseen circumstances such as public authority actions, riots, or civil unrest.
8. Liability and Indemnification
- The customer is responsible for the behavior of guests and any resulting damages or incidents.
- CPF is not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages occurring before, during, or after the event.
- The customer agrees to indemnify CPF and its staff for any claims arising from injuries, damages, or other incidents during the event.
9. Website Use
- The CPF website is for informational and booking purposes.
- Unauthorized use, including data mining or interference, is prohibited.
- By accessing the website, you agree not to disrupt its functionality or engage in unlawful activities.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content on the CPF website, including text, graphics, and designs, is owned by CPF and protected by copyright laws.
- No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without CPF's prior written consent.
11. Marketing and Media Use
CPF reserves the right to use photos, videos, and testimonials from events on its website and social media platforms. Customers may opt out by notifying CPF in writing before the event.
12. Privacy and Data Collection
- CPF collects personal information for booking and marketing purposes.
- Data is managed per our Privacy Policy.
- By using the website, you consent to CPF's collection and use of your information.
13. User-Generated Content
- By submitting reviews or testimonials, you grant CPF a perpetual, royalty-free license to use this content for marketing purposes.
- CPF reserves the right to remove any inappropriate user-submitted content.
14. Third-Party Links
CPF is not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party websites linked from its site.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Florida state or federal courts.
